I just saw the NEW Revamped Believe show. The show good! I fully enjoyed it. There’ Magic and Comedy. Criss does show his human side in the show when he plays and teases with the audience. His Illusions are solid in their presentation.

This show has come a LONG LONG LONG way from the Original concept 2 years ago, and it is constantly evolving now that Criss has been given full directorial control over the show’s content.

No one is perfect people. We ALL have flaws. We all can be rude or inconsiderate at times. That’s life and quite frankly shit happens sometimes.

Also don;t forget that in a VERY short amount of time Criss went from having complete and total anonymity to UBER FAMOUS. That drastic and swift change of life is a personal upheaval of EVERYTHING that was normal to you. That pressure is VERY difficult to adapt to sometimes. It truly is a learning process. Do I agree with everything I’ve seen or heard that he’s done? No I don’t. Do I think there are times he’s overstepped a boundary. Sure there are. BUT I understand… aside from money and celeb status he’s just like all of us. He’s HUMAN, he makes mistakes just like we do.

So unless you are free from ever making similar mistakes don’t throw stones in a glass house. Every damn one of us reading this has used an off color slang term, or said something mean to someone that’s really hurt their feelings, or got mad and lost our tempers when we shouldn’t have because we didn’t think about the consequences of our actions.

This is VERY simple people, either you like the show or you don’t. Either you understand Criss’ personality and get it or you don’t. But seriously people, we have humans strapping bombs to themselves and using airplanes as missles with the sole intent to harm innocent civilians around the world. We have more important people to be bad mouthing that truly deserve it.

I’m a New Yorker, I can relate to his brand of “humor”, the way he delivers when he talks and so on. People from outside NY might not be accustomed to it and thus throws them off tremendously.

As far as having an EGO or an attitude goes all i can say is this…..
If you had a dream to become something, in this case a magician, and all you heard from the MAJORITY of the people that knew you that it was a pipe dream, you’re nuts get a real job, get your head out of the clouds, etc… and you BROKE YOUR ASS through a ridiculous amount of drive, determination, motivation, the need to persevere, and the ability to FAIL, learn from it, adapt, and overcome your failures how would you feel when you achieved your goals?

I am CERTAIN that every last one of us would agree that we would get a certain amount of satisfaction in being able to say to all the negative people that told us we were nuts ” I DID IT, STICK THAT IN YOUR PIPE AND SMOKE IT!”

You’re lying to yourself if you say you’d never have those feelings in any capacity.

So all in all at the end of the day all I’m saying is cut him some slack, he isn’t the Anti-Christ, and more importantly the truth is the guy’s not hurting anyone. Geesh

I have met Criss a few times with my friends at signings. He was so wonderful and sweet to all of us. It was a special time for all of us.

How could all this be true about him being a douchebag? Is he really not the sweet man he seems to be?

Is he fooling us and all the loyals of what type of man we think he is?

ok people answer this for me criss angel bust his ass to perform his live show night after night for people that just come on here afterwards and critize him about stuff that he does and u dont know why he gets mad??? he human. so let me get this right he gets a full page critizing him for something he never said? yea the word faggot showed up ok w/e did he ever say it? was he ever calling anyone a faggot? no he didnt do either one of those so that topic is done. about him be a talentless idiot. i do believe have the crap he does only most of us dream about. and one second lets get back to this real quick he shows the word faggot and people complain but this no good worthless 12 year old who wrote this quoted section below this can call him a doughebag in everyother sentecne and damn its ok for that no one writes a full page about that? lets say i got offended by the word douchebag does that mean he has to apologize? Cirque du Soleil is JUST as much to blame for all this.
They apologize for him. They seem to even condone any and all behavior he does. They seem to act totally in concert with anything and everything Criss Angel does, no matter if it’s socially unacceptable, criminal or what have you.
It’s pretty much a gimme that Criss Angel should not be on stage.
And also it’s confirmed he’s a douchebag.
But to carry this one step further, because of Cirque du Soleil agreeing with everything he does, and apologizing for any and every little thing he does, they ALSO need to be labelled a collective bunch of douchebag …all the way from the hierarchy that got this show going on all the way down to their publicity and press departments that are always siding with their fellow douchebag.
But, let me say this to clarify my douchebag accusation. In no way shape or form am I referring to the dancers, stage managers, prop department people, actors/actresses and those behind the scenes that are in that show room and put on this show nightly and strive to provide quality entertainment, but have to suffer working alongside this completely talentless idiot that has to use shock value stuff to stay in the news. I actually commend them for their patience and professionalism in putting up with a so called star who is more douchebag than star; and to have to work for a company that in and of itself is composed of complete douchebag for siding with this bozo.”
