Today Elvis would have been 75. And, while Las Vegas was the scene for much of his self-destruction, for his first few years here, he also performed some everlasting music with an awesome and excessive band, the only kind able to match the voice of a King.  As the current rulers of Vegas entertainment might say: Viva Elvis.
