As I mentioned, I was asked not to use my digital tape recorder and did not. So, when you say "my recording" bear that in mind. On the other hand, as for recordings, the woman sitting next to me was openly recording with her iPhone's voice memo function in front of the same Flamingo workers. I assume many people were also recording. I have posted the audio assuming that it is newsworthy and obtained legally and therefore I have a First Amendment right to do so. I found listening to this audio moving and so provided it for my readers. But my goal is not to violate the privacy of Marie Osmond. This is audio from on stage at the Flamingo in front of a live audience last night. But, regardless of the law, if I am asked to take it down by her people, out of respect for her privacy, I will do so instantly. The last thing I would want to do would be to add to her suffering in any way.
