I spent Saturday night at Lavo reporting on the man Perez Hilton described as his favorite celebrity in Las Vegas. During the time I was with him, the person chatted up some on-air talent from E cable network. The E people all knew him.

Paris and Nicky Hilton were in the restaurant. He was called over to their table. Paris talked fondly to him and Nicky reached out to grab his hand. Both were happy to see him. Of course, he was at Lavo for Stephanie Pratt’s birthday party. He was at her side as the cake came out.

Who is this mystery man? Mike Snedegar.  Does that help? He arrived in Vegas with nothing in 2001; since then he has worked his way into the center of Vegas nightlife. HOUSEKEEPING: Many of you have been nice enough to contact me about technical glitches on the blog over this past weekend. Art Director and photographer Lanie Crossman has been working on our redesign. That is causing temporary weirdness to creep onto the site.

This week Lanie will be focusing on the redesign while I am going into relative isolation to try to finish the first section of a book I am writing about Vegas. (I hope you all read it when I am finished!)
