A source confirms for me, Nom Clarke’s report that Paris Hilton has been banned from Wynn and Encore not just to host but to even be a guest. Las Vegas is a don’t ask don’t tell town, but that is over at the point the police are catching a bag of cocaine falling out of your purse in a resort.
Hilton probably will not be banned from other casinos. Though as of right now, I am guessing that she will no longer be able to get a paid hosting gig in Vegas. Also, the days of her purse not being checked like every other guest at Vegas nightclubs are over.
All of this could change the moment she goes in for a ritual trip to rehab. Vegas doesn’t really want to lose Paris Hilton. She draws people who pay nightclubs a lot of money. Drugs have caused the problem and the casinos will respond with tough love because gaming regulators are watching. But don’t think Vegas is rid of Paris Hilton. The truth: if Hilton makes a short trip to rehab, there won’t be a resort on the Strip unwilling to give her a second chance. She’s reaching Madonna levels of played out as far as this scene goes, and eventually someone will show up to play Gaga.
We are witnessing the Paris Hilton party girl brand in Las Vegas undergoing a quick death.
Her marketability in this town just went up in a puff of smoke overnight. (Sorry for the stupid pun, Richard.)
I predict in the future the money will dwindle for her in this town. And she will have to move on.
She can point fingers all over the place.
But the finger will always be better suited pointing at her own reflection in a mirror.
She did it to herself.

Just another statistic in Las Vegas. Las Vegas is a living, breathing animal. If you don’t play by the rules, rules that aren’t written down anywhere for the rich and shameless, and are not followed…then you end up a statistic.
Many statistics in this town. They come. They go. Paris Hilton has just been added to the long list.
The next move is Paris Hilton’s. Perhaps she can figure it all out and turn this thing around. But it’s up to her.
