I’ve had a few memorable encounters with Paris Hilton over the last 10 years. But I want to share with you an anecdote about the last time I saw her which was at the beginning of summer. I was doing my LA Times column on celebrity host Mike Snedegar at Tao. Hilton was eating with her party in the restaurant. Her group then headed through a private hallway that leads to an elevator into the nightclub. In the nightclub her VIP table and drinks were already set up. But after her friends had all crowded down the hallway, Paris came running back to the now empty table. She picked up a shot glass and drained it before running off to catch up with her friends, now lubricated enough, for the short journey to more free alcohol. (photo Sarah Gerke)

Didnt your most memorable Paris encounter involve the defiling of a potted plant?
That moment was recalled in yesterday’s Review-Journal by Doug Elfman:
